Completely computerized, the property administration area is responsible for service and supply contracts, insurance matters, credit management, preparing and distributing rental statements, collecting rent and preparing annual operating and capital budgets.  Reporting is done monthly, quarterly and annually and covers rent rolls, accounting records and budget performance.
