David Margau, C.A. - President / Partner

David Margau works closely with clients and tenants and oversees the operation of the properties.  David has been with Realspace since its inception in 1992.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1972 and became a Chartered Accountant in Canada in 1978.  He has over 30 years experience working for real estate companies including Tridel (VP and Group Controller), Eaglebrook Corporation (VP and Corporate Controller), Captain Developments (Chief Financial Officer) and Inducon Development Corporation (VP of Corporate & Property Operations).
